Creating Time for Purposeful Living

God has given each of us a divine mandate—a call to live fruitfully, with intentionality and purpose. In Genesis 1:28, He commanded us to “be fruitful and multiply,” not just in numbers but in impact, influence, and purpose. To fulfill this, we must create time for God, because in doing so, we align ourselves with His divine plan.

You Are Designed for Purposeful Living

Nothing about your life is accidental—your talents, background, intellect, and character are all part of God’s intentional design (Ephesians 5:5-10). You are like a well-tended garden, created to bear fruit in partnership with Christ. Your purpose is connected to Him, and no circumstance can hinder what God has already prepared for you.

Make a Decision to Live Purposefully

Life operates in both chronological time (Chronos) and seasonal time (Kairos) (Ecclesiastes 3:1). While we engage in daily activities, we must also discern the seasons of life God has set before us. Philippians 2 reminds us to “will and act” according to His purpose—being intentional about where we invest our time, energy, and focus.

Nothing stops you from living out your purpose except the choices you make. Create time for God, for growth, and for your calling. When you do, you’ll find yourself walking in divine alignment, fulfilling the very purpose for which you were created.

What steps are you taking today to create time for your purpose?
