Leadership development 360 assessment

Global Mentorship Network leaders have benefited through the program by developing their leadership skills to achieve career/ business goals. The leaders also committed to launch their own mentorship groups when they have completed their own leadership development journey.

Goal: Heighten self-awareness, set leadership and career/business goals.

Objective:

  1. Enhance self-awareness by evaluating self and other rating
  2. Identify gaps and areas of improvement
  3. Identify the beliefs and assumptions that drives behaviours
  4. Assess Leadership Effectiveness 5. Create pathways for long-term leadership development

Scaling Leadership for Holistic Transformation Annual Retreat

Spiritual formation retreat focused on scaling leadership for holistic transformation. 25 leaders attended this. The retreat focused on lector Divina and personal leadership timeline.

Goal: Hearing God through Lectio Divina and personal leadership timeline.

Objective:

  1. Cultivate spiritual discipline of solitude, prayer, fasting and meditation.
  2. Build a culture of hearing God

Impact: Experience breakthrough by identifying life patterns and receive revelation and insights

Book Study- The Making of a leader

GMN Leadership pillar led by Bro. Udi challenged the team for the “under 30 days reading challenge”

Goal: Deepen awareness of our leadership journey

Objective:

  1. Establish a reading a culture
  2. Equip leaders with resources that they can refer back to

Impact: Experienced team members willing to change their world

Scaling Leadership Workshop at Sankara Hotel with Bob Anderson

20 GMN leaders attended, and they learnt how to scale their leadership effectiveness and business performance in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world.

Goal: Enhance leadership effectiveness and business performance

Objective:

  1. Equip the GMN leaders with leadership skills that will help them be effective in their career/ business.
  2. Equip leaders with resources to launch mentor others to be effective.
  3. Record the conference and thus develop leadership resources to be used by the GMN community
  4. Reinforce the learning from the 360 assessments; debrief sessions and the scaling leadership book concepts.

Impact: Introduce the VUCA concept as the context for leadership development.
