DR. IBRAHIM YAHAYA DIKKO

 

Is a visionary leader, seasoned Senior Manager, and Family Neuroplastician with 23 years of distinguished experience in the downstream sector of Nigeria’s oil & gas industry. He has been married to Zainab for over 25 years, and together they exemplify resilience and commitment to family and faith.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators Nigeria, an alumnus of the International Mediation Campus UK, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. Ibrahim is highly credentialed in mediation (intra and interpersonal conflict transformation), family life, and organizational leadership.

He holds a doctorate in Church Growth & Ministries, is a Certified Family Systems Practitioner, Certified SYMBIS Facilitator & Mentor, NLP Master Practitioner, ISO 9001:2000 auditor, CMD Trainer, and Family Mediator. Ibrahim is also an ILO-SIYB Trainer, with degrees in Economics from ABU Zaria and an MBA from Bayero University Kano. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Leadership.

Ibrahim is the creator of “The Why Matrix Solutions,” focusing on transforming family well-being by addressing foundational mental and emotional strongholds. He specializes in helping individuals, families, and organizations recognize faulty beliefs, renounce them as lies, and renovate their minds with the truth, fostering emotional harmony, resilience, and productivity.

His expertise spans family conflict transformation, leadership development, entrepreneurship, mindful discipleship, program and project management, business process improvement, and quality management. He has a proven track record in operations, sales, and marketing within the oil and gas sector.

As President of Freed to Lead Initiative and Area Director of Freedom in Christ Ministries Africa, Dr. Dikko is deeply committed to empowering families and communities to embrace their identity in Christ, fostering generational legacies built on righteousness and truth. He also serves as CEO of Open Places Nig. Ltd and Family Wellbeing Ltd., providing advisory services to oil and gas companies in logistics, retail branch setup, entrepreneurship, training, recruitment, inspections, and quality audits.
