Our focus is on helping job seekers find new opportunities and improve their employment situations, which could involve finding decent jobs with better working conditions, higher salaries, and improved social security, work health and safety standards, labour rights, and work processes. Additionally, we strive to assist owners and managers of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing their business capacities, which may include stabilizing or growing their businesses in areas such as gross turnover, access to value chains, sector-specific standards, creation of new jobs, business partnerships, and access to funding and financial aid.
