PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MENTORSHIP SESSIONS
“GOSPEL FAITHFULNESS IN THE MARKET PLACE”
The speaker delved into the concept of gospel faithfulness in the marketplace, challenging common misconceptions that separate faith from professional life. He emphasized that true gospel faithfulness is not just about words but is demonstrated through integrity, excellence, and ethical decision-making in daily work. By aligning business practices with biblical principles, believers can serve as a testimony of Christ’s character, influencing their workplaces and industries positively. The session highlighted that faith should not be compartmentalized but should shape how one leads, serves, and interacts in the marketplace, ultimately glorifying God through their profession.
“BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF EFFECTIVE RECRUITMENT”
Recruitment has come a long way from the days of bulletin boards and classified ads to AI that is revolutionizing the recruitment process. God recruited mankind from the beginning to participate in His work as we see in His assignment of people to rule over His creation Genesis 1:28-29. He recruited Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and Aaron as his mouthpiece, David as King, Gideon and his 300 soldiers to deliver Israel from the Midianite oppression. Since Gods ways are higher and strategy different, casting the recruitment net differs from the world’s way.
“THE LEADER IN YOU IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM”
In challenging times, true leadership is tested and refined. Economic uncertainty, inflation, geopolitical risks, and rising costs create a storm that can shake even the most seasoned leaders. Yet, resilient leaders rise above fear, embracing innovation, adaptability, and strategic decision-making. Despite the turbulence, 79% of business leaders remain confident in their organization’s ability to grow, demonstrating that with the right mindset and leadership approach, adversity can become an opportunity for transformation. The leader in you is not defined by the storm but by how you navigate through it—turning obstacles into steppingstones for success.

MINISTRY EFFECTIVENESS MENTORSHIP SESSIONS
“EMPOWERMENT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR MINISTRY”
Ministry is not merely a human effort; it requires divine empowerment. The Holy Spirit is the source of power, wisdom, and guidance for effective ministry. Jesus Himself emphasized this when He told His disciples, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses…” (Acts 1:8). This empowerment is not just for preaching but for every aspect of Christian service—teaching, evangelism, leadership, counseling, and daily Christian living. Throughout Scripture, we see that those whom God called, He also empowered—from Moses and the prophets to the apostles in the early church. The Holy Spirit enables believers to operate beyond their natural abilities, equipping them with spiritual gifts, boldness, discernment, and perseverance in fulfilling God’s mission.

This practice not only helps individuals create clear, specific, and achievable goals but also fosters a deeper relationship with God, seeking His guidance in every step. By integrating faith into goal setting, learners develop a mindset of purpose, discipline, and resilience. Additionally, working on one’s attitude through spiritual reflection and intentional planning leads to personal growth, leadership development, and transformation in career and business. The impact is a renewed perspective, where faith and strategic planning work hand in hand to drive meaningful success.
