Wilson Njire Maina

Wilson is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a passion for empowering believers to reach their full potential in their calling within and outside the church. Through training, coaching, and mentorship, I strive to equip emerging leaders and provide pastoral care to ministry leaders.

My ministry focuses on developing emerging leaders through structured training and mentorship, as well as disciplining new believers within the local church and engaging in minimal cross-denominational ministry. In my role as a team leader at CITAM Woodley in Nairobi, I have implemented structures that facilitate intentional development of leaders who are actively serving at various levels of leadership within and outside the church.

Additionally, I lead the Global Mentorship Network, a ministry dedicated to developing emerging leaders in the areas of spiritual formation, ministry effectiveness, vocation, and marriage and family.

In terms of my professional background, I have a 30-year career in the real estate industry as a building surveyor with expertise in property management of residential and commercial real estate. I have served major clients such as East African Breweries, Insurance Company of East Africa, National Housing & Construction Company, Pine Properties, and Syncrest Properties.

Academically, I hold a BA in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and an MA in Leadership from the International Leadership University.

On a personal note, I have been happily married to my wife, Elizabeth, for 34 years, and we have three adult children and one grandson.

Overall, my ministry philosophy revolves around empowering believers, developing emerging leaders, and providing pastoral care, while my professional background lies in the real estate industry.

Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team with 7+ years experience- across different environments- in Office Management, Business Operations and Driving Organizational Success.

I am result oriented, process driven and a team culture champion. My Undergraduate achievement, from Daystar University, is Business Administration and Management (Major) and Peace and Conflict Resolution (Minor).

My mantra, “Unyielding Integrity, Think Different, Commitment and Collaboration to Group Success.”

Lillian Lihasi

Lilian is an agribusiness and development practitioner, with over 20 years of experience in building capacities for change. Currently a consultant, Lilian previously served in various leadership capacities in Kenyan research and regulatory institutions. Her experience is largely in strengthening partnerships and interactions to foster mutual learning and development of creative ideas/innovation.

Driven by her passion to build change champions and transform livelihoods for sustainable food systems and organizational change, Lilian has provided leadership in building capacities for individuals and organizations; while driving leaders to conceive and implement new experiences within their existing context.

Lilian has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural and Rural Innovations and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Agricultural Extension from Egerton University, Kenya.

She is the Founder and Team Leader of the Vuyande International.

Andrew Machina

Pastor Andrew K. Machina began his ministry at Parklands Baptist Church in 2005 prior to his confirmation in the year 2021. Prior to that he was an ordained deacon since 2017 serving under the Youth Ministry, Family Ministry & House Groups Ministry of Parklands Baptist under the stewardship of Rev. Ambrose & Rev. Simon.

He is a graduate of the Christian Leadership Institute-US, Pastor Andrew is a teacher, a shepherd, a family man, a seasoned hiker. He and his beautiful wife (Grace) are blessed with 2 Sons & 2 Daughters, who are of great joy in their life.

Kennedy Muchiri Maina

Kennedy is an entrepreneur with a keen eye on agribusiness, Blockchain and Real Estate. He has over 12 years’ experience in Corporate governance, Risk and compliance management of which 4.5 years are managerial experience.

He is an effective communicator and team leader with proven confidence and trust as a visionary leader with a keen understanding of people and organizational priorities. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Sociology from The University of Nairobi he is also a Certified Public Accountant from Strathmore University.

He has passion for Godly leadership and mentorship around his communities. He actively serves in his local church.

Brian Thuo

I am a Solutions architect responsible for designing and implementing strategic IT solutions that address complex business challenges. This has been achieved by the decade of experience in the business environment. I have undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Computer Science and a number of certificates in IT, business and communication which I have been able to achieve through out my career.
